In this workshop, participants will listen to well-crafted
songs by recent and timely artists to distinguish the different characteristics
that make them successful. Equal time is given to examples of great lyrics,
melodies, harmonic motion, rhythm, and production. Everyone will have an opportunity
to combine those elements in a song of their own, and perhaps leave their mark
on pop culture.Led by Doug Thompson
